Orders are brought to the post office within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Yes! Each tree comes securely attached to its base to ensure stability and durability.
Can the branches be adjusted or reshaped?
Branches can be adjusted slightly, but the amount of movement depends on the specific tree. Most trees allow only gentle adjustments to avoid damaging the shape or structure.
